ORBA Releases Statement of Appeal for MOAB.

In the recent appeal made by ORBA, One Voice, SEMA, AMA, United Four-Wheel Drive Association, and USA (United Snowmobile Alliance), these groups are not looking to stop the process from moving forward. Instead, we taking a measured approach and completing a comprehensive legal review with our legal experts, EcoLogic Partners, as well as each organization listed above and their legal representatives.

Part of this appeal is challenging the process in which the BLM took throughout this entire process. From inadequate review, incomplete and defective factual data, to mapping errors, decisions made from unsupported data, and violation of settlement agreements, there are numerous reasons why the Travel Management Plan and Environmental Assessment should be rescinded.
