Based in Horsham, PA, Pit+Paddock is an athlete management and marketing agency, online magazine, and division of Turn 14 Distribution, an award-winning national warehouse distributor that sells vehicles, parts, and accessories into the automotive and powersports aftermarkets exclusively through the business-to-business channel. The Client Coordinator at Pit+Paddock oversees day-to-day relationships with business partners, offering, selling, and maintaining advertising budgets and programs, editing brand and product press releases, and managing cooperative advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell partnership opportunities in marketing programs.
Establish, understand, manage, and maintain partner relationships via telephone conferences and email.
Plan, track, and log all budget and balance activity for each vendor’s co-op policy.
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and determine additional opportunities.
Provide consistent updates to key stakeholders regarding projects and programs.
Collect and understand the assets required to produce digital and print advertisements.
Generate compelling press releases for brand and product launches, company, and industry news.
Compile and maintain shared Google Sheets of monthly programs and schedules.
Update projects in the department’s ticketing system to ensure each is completed on time.
Assist in event preparation and execution.
Provide month-end reports to the Marketing management team, including budget updates and progress toward role/department-specific KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience in sales or ad agency work is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt and improvise in a fast-paced environment.
Proven drive and willingness to constantly improve.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Sustained self-motivation and organizational skills.
Powersports and automotive knowledge are strongly preferred.
Makes effective judgment calls when needed.
