ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Financial PlanningPrepare month-end executive-level reports.
Analyze operating results and variances to plan and forecast.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecast as well as cash flow forecasts for the annual budget.
Prepare cash flow forecast simulation based on various assumptions.
Review monthly presentations to the Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, and TTR.
Monitor Segment P&L Plan vs. Actual and adjust C&F price as necessary in a timely manner.
Supporting the Senior Management Team and business unit heads with in-depth analysis.
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
BudgetingLead the annual and the mid-term plan budget process by coordinating key assumptions with outside sources and other management teams.
Prepare annual budget and forecast financial statements.
Assist with streamlining monthly reporting and budgeting/forecasting process.
Cash ManagementReview daily bank borrowing amount to ensure corporate cash requirements are met.
Ensure sweep loan borrowing does not exceed the target amount.
Approve payments (checks, wires, ACH, etc.) to vendors by reviewing respective payment authorizations and invoices related to payments.
ManagerialSupervise and lead Financial Analyst and Accounting staff.
Schedule departmental work and ensure deadlines are met.
Review work prepared by staff for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all TR-requested items are completed on a timely basis.
Accounting DutiesPrepare month-end journal entries and review those prepared by staff.
Review financial statements for completeness and accuracy.

OthersSupport Management and the Finance Team on special projects and ad hoc projects.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise subordinates to support the functions of the position. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this function.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Expert level proficiency with MS Office; advanced skill set with Excel.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution in accounting or equivalent. CPA certification is highly desired. A minimum of eight (8) years of accounting experience with general accounting and management experience is required.
