Position Overview:

As the Safety Marketing Brand Manager- Racequip & Hans, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our RaceQuip and Hans brands. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, safety team, and other brand managers to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and reinforce our position in the safety market.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for RaceQuip and Hans brands, aligned with overall company objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product offerings.
Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and industry experts.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve brand positioning and messaging.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
Represent Simpson Safety at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and network with potential partners.
Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):

Must have high regard for driver safety
Must be proactive and forward-thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Willingness to work on a team
College degree, preferred
Be willing to travel internationally
Physical Requirements:

Ability to handle physical requirements, including but not limited to, repeated bending stretching, twisting, and lifting up-to 30 lbs.
