Primary Responsibilities:

Grow specific fleet segment business verticals along with annual department sales targets
Lead team meetings/communications targeting growth oriented strategic direction
Develop and execute on annual sales plan in coordination with team members
Use the Driven Fleet “value prop” to win current/existing customer business
Implement created programs and roll them out effectively.
Coordinate account activity with Operations counterparts.
Travel 40%

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Documented sales/leadership skills
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Project management oversight
Proactive thinker that can turn ideas into results
Strong organizational & leadership skills
CRM based tool experience
Ability to simplify tasks in order to achieve growth-oriented results
Auto industry experience on the fleet operations/sales/rental car side preferred, not mandatory

$99,000.00 – $223,200.00

Compensation Frequency:


Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
