What the Baja Designs & sPOD Inside B2B Sales Associate will do:
Complete ownership of 250 – 400 B2B accounts which includes the following.
Historical sales analysis
Personalized approach to growing each B2B partner.
Pushing ideas for market share growth to engineering
Working with marketing on material and content that’s needed to grow existing accounts.
Assist in developing and implementing a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis in collaborating with the entire B2B team.
Work closely with purchasing, operations, production, and warehouse managers on timely, accurate, and complete order fulfillment.
Comfortable navigating account specific conversations based on quotas.
Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, quotes, and other documentation that is required to support the sale of Baja Designs and sPOD solutions.
Job Location: On-Site, San Marcos CA.
Pay: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $53,600 – $100,000 (base +commission uncapped).
What You Bring to the Team:
2 – 5 years customer service / sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organization, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Computer Literacy (Outlook, Excel, Business Intelligence Tools)
Team Player
Ability to multitask.
Strong grammar skills
Detail Oriented
Willing to travel for dealer visits and attend events.
Industry experience a plus.
